An Engineer by training and by trade Tim also has a degree in Business Administration. He moved into the world of construction initially focused on commercial building before gradually adding residential construction to his portfolio.
He learned from his father-in-law that working with a family to build a house was really helping them build their dream. This gave Tim a lot of confidence and since the early days of his 36-year building career, he has focused on building, not as a job, but as a mission to help others.
His Engineering degree gives Tim the background to analyze the strength of materials needed to complete a project and draw plans to the proper perspective to illustrate his vision. Using both the left and right side of his brain makes every day interesting and allows Tim to create technically sound designs that also appeal to the eye whether he is remodeling a current structure of creating a new construction project.
At the end of the day, it is the long-term relationships Tim has developed over the years that makes his career extremely rewarding.
