Christian Cowan is a residential builder and Managing Member of Christian Cowan Builder, LLC. He is known for building superior quality custom houses and for his excellent, personal customer service.
Christian received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University in 1995. After graduating, Christian worked in top-level sales, where he developed to care for his customers and his personal attention to his clients’ needs.
In May 2005, Christian began working as Construction Manager for Randy Berg Builder, LLC. Christian’s primary responsibilities entailed the production and scheduling of the construction for all the company’s new homes. Through this position, Christian gained experience building over 125 homes.
Christian is a Certified Professional Builder, a Certified Green Professional Builder, and has served on the Board of the Home Builders Association of Jackson and was recognized by his peers as the 2014 HBAJ Builder Member of the Year. He also served on the Board of the Home Builders Association of Mississippi.
He is active in the local community, having served on 4 committees and the Executive Board for the Home Builders Association of Jackson and 2 terms as president of the local Kiwanis chapter. He is a member and a Life Group leader at Colonial Heights Baptist Church.
Christian is married to Toni Berg Cowan. They have two children, Christian “Boyd”, Jr., and Randall “Randy” Joe. Currently, Christian Cowan Builder, LLC, builds homes in Rankin and Madison counties.
