2019 winner in the Best Of Mississippi Awards of the Mississippi Home Builders Association.
Kevin began his career in the banking business and has always been around construction. Due to his Dad being a Civil Engineer Kevin gravitated into the construction industry.
Through night school classes he also became a Real Estate Broker and Appraiser and transitioned into building rapidly. He planned to move into the first home he built, but as it sold just before the completion date Kevin simply moved on to his next project.
He believes his banking background helps him build quality homes valued by their owners because he takes his fiduciary responsibility seriously managing the projects to maximize homeowner value.
He builds relationships that last decades and although he is the superintendent for all of his projects has used the same contractors and interior designer for 15-20 years.
He still looks at each project as if he will live there himself….just as he did his very first home.
